1. Returns

β’ The product must reach us within 7β10 days of delivery.
β’ Items should be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
β’ Some products β such as clearance or final-sale items β are not eligible for returns (this will be mentioned on the product page).
β’ A proper parcel opening video is required for any return request.

β’ Return shipping costs must be handled by the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Replacements
