Returns, Replacements & Refunds
At Zakkas99, we want every order to feel right. If something doesn’t match your expectations or reaches you in less-than-perfect condition, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent resolution process.
1. Returns — When & How They Work
You can request a return under the following conditions:
• Inform us within 3 days of delivery.
• Send the item back within 7–10 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with its original packaging (where applicable).
• Items marked as clearance, final sale, or non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned.

Important:
A clear parcel opening video is compulsory for all return claims. Without this video, we won’t be able to approve or process any requests.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Replacements — For Damaged or Wrong Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp at +91 7977528693, including:
• Your order number
• A short explanation of the issue
• The parcel opening video
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll dispatch a replacement—usually within 24 hours—and the delivery time will be 2–10 days, depending on your location.
3. Refunds — When They Apply
Refunds are available in the following situations:
• Your return is approved and the item reaches us in good condition
• You prefer a refund instead of a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect after processing.
Once your case is approved, we initiate the refund within 24 hours.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Some products cannot be returned or refunded:
• Clearance or final sale products
• Customized or special-order items
• Products damaged due to misuse or missing parts
• Items not in their original, unused condition
