1. Returns

• Inform us within 3 days of receiving your order if you want to request a return.
• The product must reach us within 7–10 days of delivery.
• Items should be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
• Some products — such as clearance or final-sale items — are not eligible for returns (this will be mentioned on the product page).
• A proper parcel opening video is required for any return request.

• Return shipping costs must be handled by the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. Replacements

• If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share the following on WhatsApp:
– Order number
– Brief description of the issue
– Parcel opening video
– Photos of the damaged/incorrect item (if needed)
• After verification, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect after processing.
